Jane Paech a freelance food and travel journalist is based in Adelaide, South Australia. After living in Paris for many years, she returned to Australia in 2005 but makes frequent visits. While living in Paris, she was Paris Contributor to Australian Gourmet Traveller (AGT) magazine. She has been a contributor to AGT Wine, The Independent (UK), The Melbourne Age, Sydney Morning Herald, New Zealand Herald, Sumptuous, Australian Vogue E&T, SA Life and the Australian Financial Review Magazine. Jane is currently a regular contributor to Qantas/The Australian Way in-flight magazine.
