Judy: I'm sorry you're disappointed. We have written reviews of the hotel. It's one of my favorites in this hotly sought-after area.The rooms (especially the somewhat larger ones) are lovely. The service is impeccable. On cool evenings, the fireplace in the rear living room is so inviting I could sit there forever. The bar has a super pianist. During good weather, the hotel's courtyard is a haven within the city. We're so pleased to be able to bring our premium members a discounted price!
