Doesn't BHV itself have those things on the 1st floor, either in the "crafts" section or in the office supplies section? (The office supplies section may be currently messed up with back-to-school supplies.)
I woud bet that some of the fancier paper stores would carry those items too. (I'm thinking of a place like Papier Plus, 9 rue du Pont Louis Philippe, in the 4th.)

Well it is August and BHV still believes in placing a gift in a Xmas wrap envelope... I still have not discovered where one goes to buy gift boxes and wrappings. Ah Target or Hallmark where are you when I need you?
