Ron - this unfortunately is old and new news. People have always been around to pick off the cast offs or some of the products that didn't make it back on the truck. What you see now is people who were once clients having to scavenge for food as well. It's a sad state of affairs. Even though it's illegal, no one looks or cares. Better the food not go to waste when people are hungry.
