Jean, I think this is a very good way to approach this matter. I would just sugget that you add also a section for the Cote d'Azur. This will be a popular area with the tourists.

We are adding new geographical areas to the Sightseeing, Tourism, and Trip Reports forum so our readers can post queries by regions. So far we've added Brittany, Normandy and the Loire Valley; Burgundy and the French Alps; the Rhône Valley; and Provence. That's for starters; we will add other areas when enough interest is expressed.
We hope to begin moving old posts into the appropriate new areas to make finding information easier. This will take a while, so please be patient.
