Anyone who is watching sexual escapades on the Seine and on the Potomac is very busy these days. People in "high" places ....

The question is now becoming: When is Sarcozy going to stop losing his temper?

Are you referring to his "casse-toi pauvre con" incident? wink.gif A little more self-control would do him good; he should have just ignored the guy. He certainly does seem to have a habit of losing his temper in public.
Stacy:

How I wish I were as eloquent as Roger Cohen (sigh). But I covered a bit of the phenomenon in a previous article.

The question is now becoming: When is Sarcozy going to stop losing his temper? For a newlywed, you'd hope he'd have more patience! wub.gif
An interesting look at the way attitudes towards politicians are changing in both France and the US:

QUOTE
The Americans were Puritans or adolescents or naïve or God-fearing moralizers. The French were cynical, incorrigible, suave and hypocritical. Sex on the Seine and sex on the Potomac were distinct sensations, the former enriched by intrigue, the latter threatened by exposure.

...But of late some of these images, stereotypes if you prefer, have begun to blur or even cross over.
