The Drugstore Publicis is celebrating its 50th anniversary by giving free reign to 10 well-known chefs to reinterpret a classic item from the brasserie's menu. Each week will offer a new dish: Pasta from Antoine Westermann through November 19, a hamburger from David Zuddas November 20-26, a croque-monsieur from Jean-Luc Poujauran November 27-December 3, and so on through the grand finale, an ice cream cup from Pierre Hermé December 25-31. The plat des chefs will run you 22 euros.
