Al -- sign me delighted. I'm always thrilled when technical problems are resolved. I can only surmise that AOL changed its platform. There are so many Internet providers these days in addition to cable, DSL, T1 lines and a few people who still have dial-up.

Karen.....I guess you didn't realize that I did get thru on AOL. Thought I explained how it happened. After not being able to for years and for the first time you say try it I sort of get the feeling that something has been resolved between AOL and BJP and there have been some sort of notification.

Al - I am typing this message from AOL -- what can I say??? I am sorry to disappoint you. AOL is usually NOT a problem these days -- except for a few people. Please try again.

KAREN.......For the years that I've known you and all the email thru AOL (not even having to use "@aol.com" ) you never tried to get to your web site thru AOL which was your email address?????

Games people play!!!!! So manytimes I have corresponded with you about not being able to sign on to BJ thru AOL a few times on this new format and also before then with you, Andrea and Mili and was let known in so many terms that it was not possible to sign on to BJP thru AOL....and may I add on Miles to that illustrious group. Now, FOR THE FIRST TIME you tell me it is possible to sign on thru AOL....that maybe there is something wrong with my settings,not that it couldn't be done as I was always told.

I called the tech at AOL and he seemed to know all about it..."Go to Keyword and write in "Browser Fix" . And ipson Facto I am now writing this on AOL...Has there been a meeting of the minds between AOL and BJParis?????

Gee Al - I wanted to check to see if your complaint in valid - and have just signed in via AOL. VOILA - I am posting. It might be something with you settings. ????

KAREN....so many forum type web sites require signing in. I would expect they agree with your logic. But one thing about signing in that bothers me is that I can't sign in thru AOL but I can with other Forum type web sites and I could a few yearas ago. WHY
Reason I prefer AOL is that the home page only has a couple of tool bars,menus,etc whole a Mozilla has about half a page of confusing bars all over the place.

Mimi -- I agree. But, the site was being SLAMMED with obscene SPAM - so we had no choice. PLEASE PLEASE do not create new threads. There are so many others where you may comment on the difficulties of this message board. I want you to know I agree.
