then you go to your address book on the Write form and advise all your correspondents of the change and also advise others you want of the change by email. I don't know of any magic formula. You can make it easier by putting as many addresses as you can on the same email

Hi! I will have a new email service and address probably around the end of the month. What do I do to insure I will continue getting my emails from BP? I don't know the new email address as of yet. Probably will find that out when it all changes. Any thoughts/tips?
